Please sign in at the front desk before every class begins. If this is your first time taking a class at Studio InfuZion, please arrive 15 minutes before class to register. Please print and complete registration forms and bring them to class upon your FIRST vist. EVERYONE, regardless of age and type of class attending at Studio InfuZion MUST complete the Release of Liability form-this will only have to be done at the the 1st visit. For minor children (under age 18), all of the information should be completed about the child and the parent MUST sign for the child.

- Always work at a comfortable pace for your own body.
- No food, gum or drinks will be permitted in the Studio at any time except WATER.
- Dirty or wet shoes will not be permitted on the dance floor.
- Class times and instructors are subject to change without notice.
- Studio InfuZion and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained while in class, or on the premisis. Please notify instructor(s) if you have any concerns about physical problems or injuries.
