We are proud to announce that we have new classes available to you. We have PILOXING which is a combination of a cardio workout which includes both Pilates and Boxing. The workout combines all the power moves of boxing for that intense cardio to burn calories, while it incorporates lots of pilates movements into it as well to help tone and strengthen you. During the workout you wear 1/2 lb gloves on each hand to really help tone.
Then we have PIYO which is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, strengh training, and core conditioning. This is a CALORIE TORCHING format with a dynamic approach that’s intense and draws from challenging exercises and poses traditionally found in multiple disciplines. PIYO can also be easily modified making it perfect for EVERYONE!
Our POWER LUNCH is a blend of 35 minutes of ZUMBA to get your cardio and 25 minutes of core conditioning. We offer this class every Friday at 1215pm-115pm, its the perfect way to start your weekend off healthy and right!
And last but not least we have CARDIO GROOVE which will help you get motivated and get moving with a continuous mix of pumped-up grooves that are perfect for a cardio workout.
